Yes you can.

Yes. You can either park in front of the laundry or in the designated car parks for the laundry.

If you spend over $30 you will get free pick up and delivery. If not our delivery charges are $7. Minimum order for processing is $15.

If we receive your booking before midday it will be picked up on the same day. If not the laundry will be collected the following day.

You will receive the laundry in 72 hours from when the laundry is collected.
(Due to staff shortages we are unable to commit to a faster turnaround.)

We request that you sort white and colour linen as we are unable to accept responsibility if the colour bleeds.

We are able to collect from a secure location in your property and can deliver at the same location. Please specify your instructions while you make the booking.

We specialise in laundering linen and do not provide dry cleaning services.

We use premium detergents suitable for sensitive skin and they are fragrance free.

You will be able to book a service online only after you make payment. If you prefer to pay when you collect the laundry, you can drop off the items at the laundry at 673 Great North Road, Grey Lynn.

We are able to remove most organic stains. There are some stains which cannot be removed. If you would like to work on any stains please mention the details when you book. There could be additional costs for stain removal.

Please check if garments are suitable for laundering and tumble drying as we do not take responsibility for shrinkages.
